Eating Right During the Summer

Here is a great article reminding parents how to help their kids eat well and keep active during the summer months, when it’s easy to fall prey to bad habits. Quick and healthy snacks like fresh fruits and vegetables are easy to pack and eat, and help keep the urge to go for ice cream away!
